About Us

To achieve the vision of “Make in India” and “Atam Nirbhar Bharat” of worthy Prime Minister of India the manufacturing sector of the India need to be strengthened. So that socio – economic development can happen to achieve aim of an economic development for prosperity and better life standard of our country man.

In the present complex and rapidly changing technology in the world, the competitiveness of MSMEs needs to be maintained through attributes like continuous innovative, sustainable and adopting quality manufacturing process. To inculcate these attributes to Operators, Supervisors / Manpower practical technical knowhow need to be impart them. This will also generate employment opportunities for job seeker and on the other hand to fulfil the demand of industry for trained manpower. Therefore, Institute taken an initiative to develop a State-of-Art Training Centre / facility in the Institute for Autoparts & Hand Tools Technology, A-9, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana, with the following vision, mission and objectives:

To establish a State-of-Art skill impartness and enhancement centre to promote skill development through strategic partnership with capable Mentors, Technical Experts faculties of Colleges, University, Industry and hand-on skill impartness on machine / equipment matched to explicit skill requirement.

Our Vision

Institute aspire to create a vibrant skill enhancement ecosystem that can have multiplier or catalytic effect on the skill development of unemployed youth, school dropouts and industry working professional to bridge gap between demand and supply of skilled work force to industry and generate means for their better livelihood, better life standard to achieve economic development and prosperity of our countryman.

Our Objective

  • Address the challenges of skills inculcation to the unemployed youth, working professional and school dropouts as per requirement of growing manufacturing industry demands.
  • Provide industry relevant certified skill training as per National Skills Qualification Framework to youth and industry professional.
  • Provide capable Mentors, Technical Experts facilities and equipment / machines matched to the explicit training requirement.
  • Improve employability of unemployed, existing workers and school dropouts.
  • Develop and generate means of better livelihood for unskilled people.
  • Become enabler to provide skilled and adept manpower to MSMEs for sustainable and quality manufacturing in the changing technological arena.
  • Organizing of promotional, networking event that serves as platform to connect trained manpower to Industries and other Educational Institutes.
  • Keep skilling, re-skilling and up-skilling of the existing and future work force.
