To gear up the socio – economic development, the major three instruments are Innovation, Technology and Startup; and for nurturing of these, the reformative policy approaches play a vital role and also assist in get out of the job seeker tag.
In the present complex and rapidly changing technology in the world, the competitiveness of MSMEs needs to be maintained through continuous innovation and to build adequate support infrastructure to nurture such innovation. Business Incubators are powerful mechanism for assisting in commercialization of such ideas thereby accelerate such technologies from ideas to successful businesses and generate employment opportunities. In order to foster innovation in Research & Development and promote technology-based entrepreneurship. Institute has created a Center - Business Incubator for Fostering of Innovative Ideas and Entrepreneurial Development (BIFIED-IAHT) at first floor of the Admin Block of the Institute for Autoparts & Hand Tools Technology, A-9, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana, keeping in mind the following vision, mission and objectives:
Generate dynamic and innovative cultures to nurture and support innovative ideas of individuals through strategic partnerships that provide technical inputs and support to take raw idea to concept level and then to successful venture in engineering sector by collaboration between Technical Universities, Research Centres and well established successful business incubator that will value, encourage, foster innovation and create problem solvers, decision takers and successful entrepreneurs.
Aspire to produce innovative ecosystem to capture and nurture untapped creativity & innovativeness of an individual and inculcate in them culture of innovation and technology-based entrepreneurship to decipher ideas and knowledge to fruitful venture to create money self sustainably and employment in India.
